Price Match Terms & Conditions

• Price Match is available to all customers prior to booking a course with Lomax Training.

• Once a Price Match request has been approved, we will offer you the same price as the competing provider for the equivalent course.

• The course in question must be identical in content, level, duration, and delivery method 

• Our Price Match can be claimed against any training provider based in mainland UK, including UK websites, but excluding promotional events, flash sales, auction sites, private sales, and liquidation or closing down sales.

• The competing provider must have availability on the course and it must be open for immediate booking.

• Lomax Training must also have availability on the equivalent course.

• No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or discount code offers apply. Any other provider's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or benefit is also excluded.

• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.

• The price being matched must include all applicable taxes, including VAT.

• All Price Match requests must be made before booking and are carried out at the discretion of Lomax Training.

• Lomax Training reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Price Match policy at any time.
