Adal spent two years working as a maintenance technician before redundancy brought his career to an unexpected halt. He knew he wanted more than a general role,he wanted a recognised qualification and a specialism he could build a future on.
Before enrolling, Adal gained valuable hands-on work experience alongside industry professionals. It was those very individuals, impressed by his drive and work ethic, who recommended he take his skills further and join the gas safety course at Lomax.

Still working toward his qualification, Adal is already gaining experiance on real jobs, a testament to how quickly the skills are translating into practice. He describes the experience at Lomax as one of the most beneficial things he has ever done, praising the team for being genuinely supportive while still maintaining the high standards expected of a responsible training provider.
For Adal, this isn't just a qualification. It's a second chance, earned through commitment, and one he is enormously proud of. "I feel so fortunate," he says. "It has been one of the most beneficial courses I have done in my life."
