Lee is a key member of the team here at Lomax, working as a gas trainer across both domestic and commercial sectors, as well as delivering electrical training.

Bringing a wealth of first-hand industry experience, Lee previously ran his own business, leading a team and specialising in areas such as air source heat pump installations and domestic heating systems. This real-world background allows him to deliver training that goes beyond theory, giving learners practical insights, honest advice, and answers that only come from hands-on experience in the field.

Lee’s ability to relate course content to real scenarios helps learners build both confidence and competence, preparing them for the demands of the industry.

He has been in the industry for 20+ years and a part of the Lomax team for 1 year, following experience with other training providers, further strengthening his teaching approach and understanding of learner needs.
